Important Instructions for Conducting Lessons:
We should all as teachers and learners in Fasih Academy to renew our intentions before starting this blessing educational journey.
The learner should ensure the completion of assignments and tasks requested by the teacher (if any).
If the learner is at an advanced level, they should diligently practice previous skills with the proficiency necessary to continue their lessons and follow up with the teacher smoothly, ensuring a successful educational journey.
The learner should be present and join the ZOOM learning room On Time which was already schedueled, ensuring their computer is functioning properly and that they have a good internet connection. They should also check that peripheral devices (microphone/speaker/camera) are working correctly.
Eating is strictly prohibited during the lesson, although drinking is allowed.
The learner is required to wear appropriate clothing during the lesson.
Reports
Three types of reports are sent to monitor the student and assess their progress in the educational process:
Daily Report: Sent immediately after the lesson by the teacher to the student’s account on the academy’s website.
Monthly Report: Sent by the administration to the parent every month via the preferred method of communication.
Quarterly Report: Sent by the administration to the parent every three months via the preferred method of communication.
Registration Method:
The learner can enroll in available programs directly or request a free trial lesson (lasting 30 minutes) before enrollment.
Enjoy your first trial lesson on us. However, please note that any additional trial lessons will need to be paid for upfront.
In case the learner wants to stop the subscription (cancel their subscription) with Fasih Academy for any reason, they will be refunded ( for the rest of the sessions ) at the beginning (5th-8th days) of the next month of cancellation .
Contracting Policy:
The learner is expected to wait in the Zoom learning room for their teacher, who will not be late except for an unforeseen circumstance. In any case, the teacher should not be delayed more than ten minutes. If the delay exceeds this period without notifying the learner, it indicates an emergency situation, and the learner may leave the hall in this case, where no fees for the session will be charged.
If this situation recurs within the same month, the learner will be compensated through appropriate means determined by the academy’s administration (such as free classes or discounts).
We expect all learners to make the most of the class time and not waste it on matters unrelated to the lesson.
We kindly ask learners (or their guardians/parents) not to discuss any important matters with the teacher, such as educational and pedagogical issues (the learner’s level or the prescribed curriculum)as well as financial and organizational matters (prices, times of sessions), since this can negatively impact the lesson time and does not fall within the teacher’s responsibilities. We encourage you to contact the administration, which is happy to receive all your inquiries and suggestions.
Please be informed that the academy’s administration makes significant efforts to train teachers and develop their performance to meet the needs and requirements of our valued learners. They spare no effort in continuously monitoring and evaluating teachers to ensure you receive a distinguished educational experience and maximize your benefits from the teachers’ expertise.
In light of the above, if a teacher attempts to discuss lesson prices with you or offers to deal with you directly without referring to the academy, please refrain from engaging with them and report to the administration immediately, in order to ensure you receive your educational and financial rights with us.
Payment Policy
Payment Terms: Learners must pay a minimum of one month’s fees (4 weeks) in advance, based on the selected program. Monthly invoices will be sent to learners.
Discounts
Seasonal Discounts: 25% discounts are offered during specific promotional periods.
Family Discount: 15% discount for all siblings and family members.
Multiple Program Discount: 15% discount for enrolling in multiple courses.
Referral Discount: inviting your friends to subscribe on any of Fasih programs give you 20% discount for each referral (to friends and other people) , applied for next month of their subscription. Referral discounts can be combined and added with other offers.
Leaves of Absence and Rescheduling Classes
This policy outlines the guidelines for leaves of absence and rescheduling classes for all learners, aiming to ensure a smooth and efficient learning process while respecting the rights of all parties.
Leaves & Absence
Emergency Leave and cancellation ( skipping of a session ): Learners may obtain emergency leave for a maximum of two days per month in cases of urgent necessity. Learners must notify the administration at least five hours before the class appointment to avoid being charged for the class.
Regular Leave: Learners are entitled to regular leave from their classes for a maximum of one week (seven consecutive days) per academic semester (three months). Learners must notify the administration at least 24 hours before the class appointment to avoid considering next session as an emergency leave.
Official Holidays: All learners are entitled to the following official holidays:
Eid al-Fitr Holiday: From the day following 29th of Ramadan till completing 4 days. (4 day holiday)
Eid al-Adha Holiday: From the 9th of Dhul Hijjah to the 13th day of Dhu al-Hijjah. (5 day holiday)
Rescheduling Classes
Exceptional Cases: Learners may request to reschedule a class appointment in exceptional cases, coordinating directly with the administration (while considering the teacher’s schedule). Rescheduling is limited to a maximum of twice per month.
Absence and Tardiness
Importance of Attendance: All learners are encouraged to be punctual and avoid absences or tardiness unless absolutely necessary.
Tardiness: Learners must be present in the learning room before the class appointment. If late, the following rules will apply:

Absence Policy
Unexcused Absences: Absences are strictly prohibited, except in cases of force majeure that prevent the learner from giving prior notice. If the excuse is accepted, it will be counted as emergency leave. If not, the learner will be charged for the missed class and given a warning.
Technical Difficulties: Both the learner and teacher are responsible for ensuring that all necessary equipment (e.g., electricity, internet, computer, lighting, headphones, microphone) is functioning. Learners should have backup resources in case of primary resource failure.
